We stand behind our products. If you're not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, we offer a full or partial refund.

How it works:

  • You have 30 days after delivery to request a refund if you are not satisfied with the product.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and you must provide photo proof of any defects or damage.

  • Please note that if the product arrived with the wrong size or color, refunds are only available if you followed our size guide or product descriptions carefully.

Important Information:

  • Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Due to the nature of dropshipping, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • Because shipping times can vary (usually between 10 to 30 days), please wait until the item has arrived before requesting a refund.

  • Refunds are only available after the product has been delivered; same-day purchase refunds are not offered.

  • We recommend ordering early and reviewing size charts carefully to avoid sizing problems.
